Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting customers, NINJA PROXY infrastructure and third parties.
1. Core rule
Use proxies lawfully, with necessary authorization, and in accordance with the rules of websites and networks you access. You are responsible for your traffic, automation, accounts and content.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, password attacks, credential stuffing, unapproved vulnerability scanning or circumvention of technical controls.
- Phishing, fraud, identity theft, malware, botnets, ransomware or distribution of stolen data.
- DDoS, service disruption, excessive load, spam or bulk unsolicited messaging.
- Unlawful personal-data collection, surveillance, harassment, discrimination or infringement of intellectual property and other rights.
- Child sexual abuse material, human exploitation, prohibited goods or other unlawful activity.
- Circumvention of sanctions, export controls or law-enforcement measures.
- Resale, public distribution or credential sharing without written permission from NINJA PROXY.
3. Automation and platforms
Scraping, advertising, testing and multi-account workflows are allowed only with a lawful basis and within the relevant platform's rules. A proxy is not permission to bypass a third party's terms.
4. Abuse response
We may temporarily restrict a connection or account after a credible complaint, anomalous traffic, a security threat or a lawful/supplier requirement. Where possible, users will be notified and can explain, unless notice is prohibited or creates further risk.
5. Reporting abuse
Send abuse reports to @ninja_supp (Telegram) with the IP or identifier, date/time and timezone, description and evidence. Report data is used only to investigate, protect the Service and meet legal duties.
