Refund Policy
When a deposit or order may be refunded and how to submit a substantiated request.
1. General principle
We assess refunds transparently and in light of actual digital service performance. This Policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
2. Undelivered order
If a supplier definitively rejects an order, no service is delivered and safe retry is unavailable, the charge is returned to the internal balance automatically or after reconciliation. “Pending” alone is not a failure; allocation can take additional time.
3. Defective or incorrect product
Report the issue without undue delay through support and include the order ID, test time and technical description. We will verify configuration, location, availability and supplier records. For a confirmed material defect, the remedy may be correction, replacement, proportionate price reduction or refund, depending on applicable law and the service.
4. When refunds are normally unavailable
- A working proxy was delivered but the user changed their mind or selected an unsuitable use case.
- A third-party platform restricted access under its own rules, reputation systems or because of user conduct.
- The issue resulted from misconfiguration, credential disclosure, exceeded limits or an Acceptable Use Policy breach.
- Traffic or time has already been consumed, except where mandatory law provides a proportionate remedy.
5. Deposits and crypto
The internal balance is not a bank account. A refund request is reviewed for payment origin, fees, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Approved or legally required refunds are made to the original or another lawful destination where technically possible.
Network fees, exchange-rate differences and processor deductions may be excluded unless the law requires otherwise. Never send through an incorrect currency or network.
6. Immediate start
At purchase you separately request immediate service performance. Any withdrawal right and refundable amount depend on applicable law, the portion already performed and whether the service was fully completed. Mandatory rights remain in force.
7. Making a request

- Provide the order/payment ID, reason and technical evidence without exposing the proxy password.
- We will acknowledge and investigate the request. Actual transfer timing depends on the payment method and network.
