Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms govern the ninja-proxy.com website, dashboard and proxy services supplied through them (the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you enter into an agreement with the operator of NINJA PROXY (the “Operator”) and confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights available under the laws that apply to you.

2. Account and security

• Use your own Telegram account and accurate information needed to operate your account.
• Keep your password and sessions confidential. Notify support promptly if you suspect compromise.
• The Operator may request additional verification where fraud, abuse or a legal requirement is reasonably suspected.

3. Orders and delivery

Before purchase, the Service displays the proxy type, location, quantity, duration or traffic allowance and total price. The price is checked again before funds are deducted.

Delivery normally starts automatically after payment, but some orders can take longer while an infrastructure supplier allocates resources. “Pending” means that the order was accepted and credentials are still being prepared. We do not repeat an uncertain supplier purchase until failure is confirmed, to prevent a duplicate charge.

• IPv4, IPv6, ISP and mobile products are supplied for the selected duration.
• Residential products are charged by traffic unless the configurator expressly states otherwise.
• Countries, operators, protocols and inventory depend on the current catalogue.

4. Balance and payments

The internal balance is denominated in USD and can only be used for purchases in NINJA PROXY. Crypto payments are created by an external payment provider; always verify the network, address and exact amount before sending.

Blockchain fees, exchange rates and the amount received by the processor can differ from the credited amount. A deposit completes only after the required confirmations and the payment provider's final status.

5. Immediate performance

By confirming a purchase, you request immediate performance of the digital service before any potential withdrawal period ends. This request does not by itself waive mandatory consumer rights. The effect on any withdrawal right depends on applicable law, the extent of performance, and satisfaction of required consent and information formalities.

6. Renewal and auto-renewal

Available periods and renewal prices are calculated before confirmation. Auto-renewal runs only when enabled, the internal balance is sufficient and the product remains available. Renewal is not guaranteed if a supplier changes or withdraws a product.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Access may be restricted or suspended on reasonable evidence of unlawful conduct, threats to infrastructure, third-party rights violations or supplier requirements. Urgent restrictions may remain in place while an investigation is pending.

8. Quality, liability and support

The Operator takes reasonable steps to keep the Service stable, but internet routes, third-party websites, anti-fraud systems and supplier infrastructure are not fully under our control. Compatibility with a particular website or the outcome of an advertising, SEO or other campaign is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made by third-party platforms. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Report issues through support with the order ID and test details.
• Do not publish proxy credentials or complete connection strings in public channels.

9. Changes and termination

Material changes are published with a new version date. New purchases may require renewed acceptance. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion when no active orders, pending payments or mandatory retention obligations remain.
